Examples of projects you may work on during this traineeship include: - Setting up and implementing a control room for our site in Tiel. - Environmental sustainability: mapping all sustainability activities and projects, measuring sustainability performance, making recommendations, and creating an implementation proposal - for all sites in Belgium, the Netherlands, and Luxembourg. - Working as a full-fledged supervisor (2 shifts) in operations, with a focus on process optimization. What we would like you to bring A completed Master's degree, preferably in Supply Chain, Logistics Management, Engineering, or a related field - but other backgrounds are welcome as long as you have a strong interest in the dynamic world of logistics; A maximum of 2 years of work experience; As an international company, we expect you to speak and write fluent English. On the work floor, Dutch is mainly spoken, so it is essential that you have a good command of Dutch as well; Curious and entrepreneurial - if you see something that can be improved or done differently, we want to hear it; Additional experience such as an international internship, a board year, and/or volunteer work is a plus; Willingness to travel to different nearby locations.
