We are seeking an experienced IT Infrastructure Systems Engineer to support, maintain, and enhance its hybrid Windows + Cloud server environment. Strong expertise in troubleshooting, automation, and monitoring is essential. Knowledge of Linux, container platforms, and virtualization is a plus.
The role requires technical autonomy, collaboration with internal teams and external partners, and the ability to document, communicate, and execute infrastructure changes reliably.

You will join the IT Infrastructure division, composed of two operational clusters:

This position belongs to the Rollout & Support Operations unit, responsible for deployments, maintenance, third‑line support, and monitoring of core systems.
3. Responsibilities
The IT Infrastructure Systems Engineer will:
3. Install, configure, and troubleshoot Windows Server, Windows Desktop, and Cloud environments.
4. Maintain and enhance monitoring solutions to ensure performance and stability.
5. Provide high‑quality 3rd line support, coordinating with internal and external stakeholders.
6. Support implementation of system changes, upgrades, and security patching.
7. Drive infrastructure automation and scripting initiatives.
8. Produce operational procedures and technical documentation.
9. Translate complex technical topics into clear, business‑friendly language.
4. Main Tasks
