We are looking for a highly experienced bEnterprise Architect /b to support the definition, governance, and evolution of a large‑scale IT landscape within a complex and fast‑evolving environment. The role is positioned at the intersection of bstrategy, governance, and delivery /b, ensuring alignment between business objectives, IT initiatives, and a federated operating model. The Enterprise Architect will play a key role in shaping the target architecture, guiding transformation initiatives, and enforcing architecture standards across the organization. /p pAs an Enterprise Architect, you will: /p ul liLead the definition and continuous improvement of the enterprise architecture governance framework, including principles, standards, policies, reference architectures, and decision workflows (ARB). /li liContribute to the implementation of a federated target operating model, ensuring alignment with platform governance and translating architectural guardrails into actionable guidance. /li liSupport strategic decision‑making by contributing to evaluations, studies, and architecture vision alongside senior leadership. /li liEnsure alignment between business needs and IT strategy, collaborating closely with business and domain architects. /li liDrive the evolution of the application and data architecture landscape, ensuring consistency, scalability, and sustainability. /li liAct as a key advisor and coach for architecture communities across the organization. /li /ul h3Your key activities will be: /h3 h3Architecture Governance Decision‑Making /h3 ul liFacilitate Architecture Review Board (ARB) sessions, including preparation of decision packs, ensuring traceability and escalation paths. /li liMaintain and evolve architecture principles, standards, and reference architectures. /li liPerform initiative architecture alignment assessments at key stages (kick‑off, milestones), providing go/no‑go/conditional recommendations. /li liConduct architecture compliance reviews and manage deviations through formal governance processes. /li /ul h3Strategy Roadmap /h3 ul liDefine and maintain the Architecture Vision Document. /li liContribute to the enterprise‑wide IT roadmap, including dependencies, impacts, and transformation initiatives. /li liSupport strategic analysis and decision‑making processes at senior management level. /li /ul h3Analysis Portfolio Management /h3 ul liCollect and analyze business and IT gaps through surveys and assessments. /li liConduct cross‑domain trade‑off analyses using industry methods (e.g., ATAM). /li liPerform cost‑benefit analyses (e.g., CBAM) to support architectural recommendations. /li liGuide the evolution of the application portfolio, including lifecycle, rationalization, and investment decisions. /li liGather and structure application‑related data (e.g., cost, usage) to support analysis. /li /ul h3Architecture Repository Standards /h3 ul liMaintain the enterprise architecture repository as a single source of truth (models, artefacts, decisions). /li liManage the Architecture Decision Record (ADR) repository, including compliance levels (mandatory vs recommended). /li liDefine and maintain enterprise data architecture standards, including: /li liData modeling conventions /li liData integration patterns /li liData governance principles /li liAssess initiative‑level data designs against these standards. /li /ul h3Stakeholder Engagement Communication /h3 ul liCommunicate architecture strategy and processes to business and IT stakeholders. /li liValidate architectural recommendations with senior management. /li liCollaborate across teams (business, IT, infrastructure, architecture domains). /li liCoach and guide other architects (domain, solution, data). /li /ul h3Process Integration /h3 ul liEnsure alignment between architecture governance and other IT processes such as: /li liProject Portfolio Management (PPM) /li liIT Service Management (ITSM) /li /ul h3Skills /h3 h3Experience /h3 ul liMinimum 10 years of experience in Enterprise Architecture. /li liProven experience with architecture governance frameworks and ARB facilitation. /li liExperience in complex transformation environments. /li /ul h3Methodologies Frameworks /h3 ul liStrong knowledge of: /li liTOGAF /li liArchiMate /li liITIL /li liDomain‑Driven Design (DDD) /li liFamiliarity with Gartner frameworks (e.g., TIME for Application Portfolio Management). /li /ul h3Architecture Technology /h3 ul liExperience with cloud‑native architecture patterns and platform governance (guardrails, onboarding criteria). /li liStrong understanding of microservices and event‑driven architectures. /li liExperience in application portfolio management and enterprise data architecture. /li /ul h3Tools /h3 ul liExperience with architecture modeling tools such as: /li liSparx Enterprise Architect /li liSAP LeanIX /li lior equivalent /li /ul h3Soft Skills /h3 ul liStrong autonomy and initiative /li liExcellent communication and stakeholder management skills /li liAbility to engage at all organizational levels /li liResults‑oriented mindset /li liStrong collaboration and facilitation capabilities /li liAbility to influence and drive adoption of architecture standards /li /ul h3Languages /h3 ul liFluent in English (mandatory) /li liAdditional languages (French, Dutch, or German) are a plus /li /ul h3Nice to Have /h3 ul liExperience in mergers acquisitions (MA) and transformation programs /li liHands‑on experience in agile environments /li liExperience in the
