Partner Acquisition Specialist
This role involves building and maintaining relationships with potential partners to increase Odoo presence worldwide. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication and negotiation skills, as well as a strong understanding of the IT sector and its trends.
About the Job
The Partner Acquisition Manager is responsible for identifying and qualifying potential partners, analyzing their business needs, and determining how Odoo can provide value to them. This involves demonstrating the product, quoting and negotiating conditions for collaboration, and ensuring that the partner's profile matches with our business model.
Key Responsibilities
- Source potential partners through various platforms and develop strategies to engage with different companies
- Initiate contact and qualify potential partners, understand their business capabilities, values, and processes
- Analyze and understand the partner's profile, challenges, pain points, and business needs
- Provide personalized demonstrations of Odoo and quote conditions for collaboration
Requirements
- Hunting spirit and ability to think outside the box
- Business knowledge and curiosity
- Resilience and perseverance
- Fluency in English and another European language
- Interest and/or experience in sales, IT, and software
- Analytical skills and work permit for Belgium
