Your role (Pedagogical Lead):
* Turning learning science into a concrete, adaptive learning system based on a new type of signals our app provides
* Define what students learn and how they learn
* Design exercises, feedback, and progression that build real-world skills
* Shape the system’s adaptivity so every learner is challenged at the right level, supported where they struggle and motivated to keep going
How you’ll work:
* Build, test, and refine learning experiences hands-on
* Collaborate closely with the other members of the founding team
* Influence both product vision and pedagogical direction
