I am seeking a self-motivated and dedicated Account Executive to join an innovative, skilled, and sociable team in a SaaS company for the German market remotely from Spain.
Key Responsibilities:
* Cover the full sales cycle, from lead generation to prospecting to closing
* Researching client needs, challenges, and opportunities.
* Developing and implement strategies to secure new business.
* Creating and delivering persuasive proposals and presentations.
* Negotiating contracts, pricing, and terms to close deals.
* Tracking and managing the sales pipeline, providing accurate forecasts.
* Meeting or exceeding sales targets and revenue goals.

Required Skills and Experience:
* Highly fluent in German (C2) and fluent in Spanish or English (B2)
* 1.5 to 2 years experience in outbound B2B/B2C sales (preferably in SaaS)
* Strong negotiation, presentation, and communication skills with a consultative sales approach.
* Willingness to be on-site in Madrid for the onboarding period (3 weeks)
* Spanish documentation is needed
* EU Pass or working permit/visa for Madrid
