Main responsibilities We're looking for a Sales Director – PLM to lead our Industrial & Manufacturing commercial division, a high-potential area set for significant growth.
As Sales Director, you will:
Lead and inspire a team of 15–20 sales professionals .
Manage a business worth ~€50M annually .
Define and execute innovative strategies to grow existing accounts and win new logos .
Drive revenue growth with ambitious year-on-year targets .
Build and strengthen relationships with key industry stakeholders .
Own the full sales cycle, from origination to closing.
Report directly to the Heads of Industrial Units .
Candidate profile Strong experience managing mid-to-large sales teams .
A track record of success in complex sales strategies .
Commercial or consulting experience in PLM .
Knowledge of Siemens Teamcenter, PTC Windchill, Dassault ENOVIA (or similar).
Excellent solution selling and complex project management skills.
Fluent English; hybrid work availability; travel flexibility.

MBO : 30% of annual salary.
