Courtyard by Marriott Ghent will open its doors in October 2025. With its stylish 174 rooms and inviting common spaces, the hotel offers guests an inspiring blend of elegance and functionality. As we gear up for the opening, we’re looking for a driven and dynamic Director of Sales to lead and implement the commercial strategy of this exciting new property.As Director of Sales, you will play a pivotal role in the success of Courtyard by Marriott Ghent. Your primary mission will be to develop and implement a results-driven commercial plan that aligns with the hotel's strategic goals. You’ll work closely with the Hotel General Manager and Revenue team to identify business opportunities, retain key accounts, and attract new clients in both the corporate and leisure segments.You will be the commercial face of the hotel, building strong local and national networks, attending industry events, and establishing strategic partnerships.
