We are looking for a Supply Network Process Performance Lead to join our Supply Chain Department, based in our campus site in Braine-l’Alleud, Belgium.
About the role
The Supply Network Process Performance Lead is responsible for identifying and driving the implementation of improvements and synergies within our supply chain nodes and planning processes. This includes process and system optimization, strategic development, performance measures and their roll-out across the Supply Network Operations (SNO) team, their Stakeholders and integration within the end to end supply chain network.
Who you’ll work with
As the Supply Network Process Performance Lead, you will work closely your SNO colleagues various teams and stakeholders (internally and externally), including but not limited too; CMOs, Supply Chain Excellence Team,, External and Internal Manufacturing, and Leadership Teams.
What you’ll do
Performance Management:
1. Consolidate, track, and prepare KPI dashboards to measure supply network operations effectiveness.
2. Analyze supply chain data to identify opportunities for performance optimization and improvement.
3. Develop and maintain detailed reports for internal stakeholders using SAP, OMP, Qlik.
4. Collaborate with multiple stakeholders to secure optimal performance and support decision-making governance.
5. Support budget forecasts and partake in business reviews to challenge and frame performance.
Process Improvement:
6. Define and maintain standard requirements for Supply Chain operations and performance.
7. Identify opportunities to enhance efficiency and recommend new processes.
8. Lead process improvement projects and foster a culture of continuous improvement and operational excellence
9. Advocate for digital tools, their onboarding and drive innovation towards digitalization goals for our end to end supply chain operations.
10. Provide training on new processes and coordinate efforts to maintain accurate and up to date library of SOPs and Work Instructions for SNO.
Interested? For this role we’re looking for the following education, experience and skills
11. Master's Degree in Engineering, Supply Chain, or Business (preferred).
12. 10+ years of experience in Pharma operations or equivalent.
13. Strong analytical skills and proficiency in SAP, OMP, Power BI, and/or Qlik.
14. Proven leadership skills and ability to navigate through all levels of the organization.
15. APICS Fundamentals certification.
16. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
17. English required; French is a plus.
