To support our clients based in Belgium, we are looking for a Program Management Officer.
As a Program Management Officer (PMO), you will closely support program and project managers with the following responsibilities:
Assisting with planning, budgeting, and active monitoring of the program’s progress, including quarterly reporting across associated projects;
Managing documentation across the program, ensuring structured internal storage and facilitating publication of relevant documents externally (e.g. public consultation documents);
Supporting ongoing improvements to program and project management practices.
Master’s degree in Engineering, Economics, or equivalent through experience;
Excellent command of English is required; proficiency in French and/or Dutch is a must;
Reliable, deadline-driven, and capable of managing tasks independently;
A true team player, comfortable working in collaborative project environments.
