As an E&I Engineer within the chemical or petrochemical sector, you will be responsible for designing, implementing and maintaining electrical and instrumentation systems.
You play a crucial role in ensuring the reliability, safety and efficiency of our installations and processes.
You work closely with multidisciplinary teams.
In short, you can be involved in the following tasks;
* Developing and reviewing electrical and instrumentation designs for new installations and modifications to existing systems.
* You will translate technical specifications and functional requirements into detailed designs and collaborate with other engineers to ensure technical feasibility.
* Lead or participate in projects for the installation, commissioning and optimization of electrical and instrumentation equipment.
* You will prepare project plans, monitor progress, coordinate work and ensure successful delivery within set deadlines and budgets.
* Ensure an effective maintenance and repair policy for electrical and instrumentation systems.
* You will ensure structured and updated documentation to ensure efficient maintenance and proper knowledge transfer.
* Actively collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to realize technical solutions and improvements.
* You participate in technical consultations and bring your expertise to achieve common goals.
As an experienced E&I engineer, you have the following qualifications:
* Bachelor's or master's degree in Electrical Engineering, Instrumentation, Process Engineering,...
* An absolute must is that you already have experience as an E&I Engineer within a chemical or petrochemical plant;
* You are willing to work within a consultancy company and be employed on a project basis, with a permanent contract;
* You are fluent in English;
* You have a driving license B, as you will be required to travel to customers on a regular basis;
* You have in-depth knowledge of electrical engineering and instrumentation principles, standards and equipment.
