Your role as Restaurant Manager As Restaurant Manager, you are the driving force behind the guest experience at ARNO Ristorante. You combine operational excellence with genuine hospitality and inspiring leadership. You will: Lead and inspire the front-of-house team, fostering a culture of service, quality, and professionalism aligned with Marriott standards. Oversee daily restaurant operations, from reservations and service flow to guest satisfaction and complaint handling. Work closely with the Head Chef and kitchen team to ensure a seamless and high-quality dining experience. Take ownership of team planning, recruitment, coaching, and performance evaluations Monitor financial performance, cost control, and key operational KPIs Ensure clear communication between restaurant, kitchen, bar, and hotel teams Act as an ambassador of both ARNO Ristorante and Courtyard by Marriott Ghent, delivering a consistent brand experience What do we offer? Minimum 3 years of experience in a Restaurant Manager or similar leadership role within hospitality. Fluent in English and Dutch with excellent communication skills. A natural leader with a strong sense of hospitality and attention to detail. Extensive wine knowledge, sommelier qualifications are a plus. Structured, solution-oriented, and able to remain calm under pressure. Flexible availability (Monday untill Sunday between 10:00 and 23:00). A genuine passion for Italian cuisine and the ability to translate this into a memorable guest experience.
