Innovation Trainee (m/f)

Position Overview: We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Trainee to join our Business & Digital Transformation team. As a Trainee, you will assist in testing AI systems to ensure their accuracy, reliability, and performance. This is an excellent opportunity for recent graduates or individuals looking to gain hands-on experience in the field of artificial intelligence.
Key Responsibilities
* Explore the possibilities of emerging technologies.
* Develop test strategies and plans for Generative AI implementations.
* Identify and document defects, issues, and risks related to Generative AI implementations.
* Create and maintain test cases, test plans, and test scripts.
* Analyze test results and provide feedback to improve AI models.
* Document testing processes and results.
Qualifications
* Master's degree in information technology.
* Creative mindset with a passion for innovation and technology.
* Proficiency in programming languages such as VBA is a distinct advantage.
* Ideally knowledge in life insurance but at least having interest in finance.
* Familiarity with testing methodologies, techniques, and tools.
* Strong communication and collaboration skills.
