Location: Latin America - Fully Remote
Your Mission: Day to Day Responsibilities
* Manage general ledger activity, journal entries, reconciliations, and month-end close.
* Oversee and review AP/AR with precision and compliance.
* Keep all financial records audit-ready and documentation up to date.Support monthly, quarterly, and annual reporting cycles.
* Prepare budgets, forecasts, and performance analyses.
* Maintain internal controls and accounting policies.
* Track recurring-revenue streams with accuracy (subscriptions, services, modules/customers).
* Lead daily cash management, forecasting, and variance tracking.
* Deliver insights to leadership to support strategic decision-making.
* Adapt quickly to new tools, processes, and evolving business needs.
Your Toolbox: Skills to be Successful
* Degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.CTA or public accounting certification strongly preferred.
* 4–5 years of experience in accounting/finance (fast-growing environments a plus).
* Deep knowledge of GAAP or IFRS.
* Strong experience with budgeting, forecasting, monthly closings, and financial reporting.
* Advanced Excel + ERP proficiency (QuickBooks or similar).
* Exceptional attention to detail and ability to work independently.
* Advanced English (spoken & written).
* Strong analytical and problem-solving mindset with proactive, solution-oriented approach.
