We're looking for a Chatbot Conversation Designer to join one of our clients' teams.
What are your responsibilities?
* Shape and improve chatbot conversations that guide users smoothly through both standard scenarios and more complex situations.
* Craft clear, human-like, and brand-consistent copy that makes each interaction natural and empathetic.
* Organize and manage conversation content so it remains easy to maintain, scalable, and adaptable in French, Dutch, and English.
* Safeguard the tone of voice and inclusivity across all responses to ensure a coherent user experience.
* Work closely with business experts, legal teams, and customer service to align the language and design with organizational needs.
* Run tests with users and analyze performance data to identify improvements and refine conversations.
* Continuously update chatbot flows based on user feedback, analytics, and success rates.
* Develop and maintain a content library and editorial guidelines to guarantee consistency across all chatbot projects.
* Collaborate with translation and localization partners to ensure accurate multilingual delivery.
* Share knowledge and contribute to best practices, design standards, and testing processes with other conversation designers.
What are your qualifications & skills?
* Proven experience in conversation design, UX writing, or chatbot content design with a strong portfolio.
* Background in copywriting, chatbot copywriting, or conversation flow.
* Proven experience with Rasa, Voiceflow, Dialogflow, Microsoft Bot Framework, or Chatlayer.
* Understanding of NLU basics and human-AI interaction principles.
* Native French, or native Dutch, and professional English.
* Ability to structure and manage content for scalability and multilingual adaptation.
* Experience in testing and optimizing chatbot conversations using analytics and user feedback.
* Familiarity with design and prototyping tools (Figma, Rasa Studio, Voiceflow, etc.) and content management platforms.
* Strong collaboration skills, able to co-create with peers and stakeholders.
* Creative, proactive, and solution-oriented, with high attention to detail under tight deadlines.
* Ability to explain and defend design choices, while integrating feedback.
* Has experience coaching or supporting junior colleagues.
