Degree in Electrical Engineering (Bachelor's or Master's). Solid experience in electrical engineering within industrial or commercial environments. Proficiency with tools like ETAP, Caneco BT, ElecCalc, AutoCAD, Revit is an asset. Strong leadership and project management skills. Good communication skills and able to clearly explain technical concepts to customers or internally within your project team. Passion for mentoring and innovation. Excellent communication in Dutch & English, French is a plus. Flexibility to collaborate globally and limited travel when needed.
