📍 2 to 3 days per week at the office in the center of Brussels

Your Missions (if you accept it 🦸)
* Coaching one or more teams in adopting and continuously improving Scrum practices
* Facilitating agile ceremonies (daily, sprint planning, reviews, retrospectives, refinements, …)
* Removing impediments that block the team and creating an environment that fosters collaboration and transparency
* Working closely with the Product Owner and stakeholders to maximize the value delivered
* Contributing to the diffusion of the agile mindset at our clients (coaching, workshops, facilitation, evangelization)
* Measuring and following key indicators (velocity, flow, quality, satisfaction, …) to help the team progress
* Sharing your feedback and learnings within the Wemanity community, to inspire and be inspired
☀️ What are we looking for
* Up to 5 years of relevant experience as a Scrum Master or in a very similar role (and minimum 2 years of experience)
* You are fluent in French or Dutch, with a very good command of English, both spoken and written
* You have a solid understanding of Scrum and agility fundamentals, and have already worked with at least one product / IT or business team
* You have a master degree
Big plus if you have:
* Experience in marketing
* Experience in the financial sector
* An existing Scrum certification
