By managing a diverse range of applications — including ERP, SaaS, and in-house solutions — you’ll ensure cost-effective decision-making in collaboration with procurement and finance.Leading a team of application owners and engineers, you will balance excellent structured governance with agility. As a strong business partner, you’ll engage with IT teams in every region to drive efficiency and innovation, ensuring IT applications proactively support business growth. Additionally, you will evaluate emerging technologies with a view to enhancing operational effectiveness and achieving delaware’s strategic objectives.Success in this position will depend on your ability to balance governance with business flexibility, foster collaboration between IT and business-led teams, and strengthen trust so that IT is always seen as a valued business partner.
