We're looking for a Management Assistant.
As a Management Assistant, you will play a crucial role in supporting senior leadership by ensuring efficient daily operations and seamless coordination across the organization. You will manage complex schedules, facilitate communications, and handle administrative processes with accuracy and discretion. In addition, you will support the Back Office team by coordinating travel requests and following up on events and exhibitions. In this dynamic role, your organizational skills, proactive mindset, and attention to detail will contribute directly to the smooth functioning of the team and wider business.

You support the CEO with executive engagement by scheduling calls and visits, handling all related administrative tasks, and ensuring timely and accurate follow-up.
You schedule calls, virtual meetings, and onsite meetings for the Sales and Product Marketing teams, ensuring smooth coordination and clear communication between all parties.
You handle arrangements for regional events or coordinate closely with the Back Office Team, managing all practicalities and logistics to ensure successful execution.
You are responsible for organizing all practical aspects of planned exhibitions, including preparing a yearly overview, booking booth space and required services, completing registrations, aligning with the Marketing team...
You will support travel requests by assisting the Back Office colleague, booking necessary tickets, accommodations, and related arrangements in a timely and cost- effective manner.
You schedule the Director's lunch meetings and coordinate the monthly real estate meeting, ensuring proper planning and follow-up.
Your [competencies]
You'll be working in a highly technical environment prone to constant change and evolution. On top of that, you'll have to collaborate with a great many (marvelous) people. All very exciting But it also calls for a special kind of mind- and skillset.
You have a proven experience (min 3 years) in a similar Management Assistant or executive support role.
You are a team player with excellent organizational skills, able to function well in a high-paced environment
You have strong multi-tasking and time-management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks.
You are reliable, dedicated, flexible and able to work efficiently and with precision.
You have outstanding verbal and written communication skills in English and Dutch.
You are based in or within a commuting distance of Izegem.
You are available for a temporary role from May to early December.
You are available to work on a full-time or part-time (80%) basis.
