Ensure delivery deadlines are met. Oversee quality control to meet customer expectations. Design operating and maintenance instructions. Prepare for and assist with on-site installations during occasional local start-ups. Inspect and validate systems/installations and create test reports. Continuously analyze budget and costs within a project, making immediate adjustments and improvement proposals for the business model and process flow. Bachelor’s or master’s degree in Industrial Engineering (or Electromechanical Sciences). Strong team player. Experience with application programming on Siemens PLC platforms and knowledge of Eplan (P8) is a plus. Proficiency in English is required; additional languages are an asset.
