CUSTOMER SERVICE REPRESENTATIVE - ORDER ADMINISTRATOR
You will coordinate shipments with factories and be an integral part of the team based in Brecht, handling orders for the US market.
Process sales orders in the ERP system (SAP) using the ESKER tool.
Process purchase orders at manufacturing plants, if required.
A first experience in a similar administrative customer service and order-processing role is required.
A very good command of English is required; knowledge of any additional languages is considered a strong asset.
Focused and versatile team player that is comfortable under pressure.
Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
Strong computer skills and experience with SAP.
You have your own transportation and a valid driving license, as the company is not easily accessible by public transport.

You will work on-site at the office, working from home is only possible in exceptional cases.
