About the Role
We are seeking a full-time Amazon Marketplace Specialist for an on-site role located in Antwerp. In this role, you will oversee and manage our presence on the Amazon marketplace for our jewelry brands, including listing optimization and performance tracking. You will analyze sales data, identify market trends, and propose actionable insights to increase sales and profitability. Collaborating closely with cross-functional teams, you will also manage platform compliance issues and customer feedback to ensure consistent growth and a top-notch customer experience.
Responsibilities
* Oversee and manage our presence on the Amazon marketplace for our jewelry brands.
* Optimize listings and track performance.
* Analyze sales data and identify market trends.
* Propose actionable insights to increase sales and profitability.

* Manage platform compliance issues and customer feedback.
Qualifications
* Strong understanding of Amazon Marketplace operations, including listing optimization, keyword research, and advertising strategies.
* Proficiency in sales performance analysis, market research, and data-driven decision-making.
* Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
* Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment and adapt to marketplace changes.
* E-commerce experience.
* Experience in e-commerce and with tools such as Amazon Seller Central and performance analytics platforms is a strong advantage.
* Knowledge of jewelry and its market trends is a plus.
* Fluency in French; additional language skills are a plus, specifically German and Spanish.
