Br /br /As an Engineer your specific duties for this post will includebr /br /br /br /Perform service continuity improvement tasks on the NATO voice VTC infrastructuresbr /br /Support innovation efforts related to voice and video conferencing technologybr /br /Work with the project management team and provides technical support to projects to enhance and improve the existing infrastructure and servicesbr /br /Plan, test and carry out routine configuration and maintenance operations within the voice and VTC domainsbr /br /Be prepared to support maintenance activities and infrastructure deployments during out of business hoursbr /br /Coordinate and raise Crqs (change requests) and ASIS (authorised service interruptions) when neededbr /br /Responsible for the creation and maintenance of technical documentation (configuration baselines, engineering reports, network diagrams, etc.) and provide training for other team members on new technologies and featuresbr /br /Mentor and/or coach team members on new voice and VTC technologies or featuresbr /br /br /br / br /br /br /Experience Requiredbr /br /br /br /At least 2 years#39; experience designing, implementing, managing, and optimizing collaboration tools and platforms within a digital ecosystem of an organization.br /br /Experience deploying communication and collaboration software (such as video conferencing systems, team messaging applications, and document sharing platforms).br /br /Proven experience in the configuration and operation of Voice and VTC core systems and end devices.br /br /Proven experience in deployment and configuration of security features in the voice and VTC domains (TLS, PKI, IPsec, etc.).br /br /Excellent troubleshooting skills with a methodical approach to resolving QoS and technical issues in complex IP networks.br /br /Excellent knowledge of SIP, H.323 and PSTN signalling protocols.br /br /Good working knowledge of Virtualization and cloud technologies.br /
