ResponsibilitiesProvide 1st and 2nd line SAP end-user support, mainly for SAP IBP.Analyse and resolve SAP-related incidents and user issues.Update user documentation and deliver end-user training.Support SAP project rollouts and prepare the support model.Collaborate with SAP project teams and business stakeholders.Occasional involvement in EWM-related activities.
RequirementsMinimum 3 years of SAP experience in support or functional roles.End-user support experience required.Knowledge of SAP IBP, SD, MM, EWM or WM is a plus.
