You translate brand and marketing ambitions into strong operational plans and support franchise partners and your team to deliver outstanding commercial results and customer experiences. You combine strategic leadership with hands‑on field presence, ensuring all departments collaborate to build a profitable and consistently excellent Quick network with 78 restaurants. Reporting to Operations Director, a member of the Executive Committee, you are part of the Leadership Team at Burger Brands Belgium. /p h3Key Responsibilities /h3 ul liOperational Strategy Cross‑functional Collaboration – Define and implement the operational roadmap for Quick in close partnership with HQ teams, aligning Marketing, Training, IT, HR, Finance, Legal, Supply Chain, Quality, Maintenance and Development.
