PM Group are seeking an experienced MEP QA Representative to join our data center construction project team in Mons, Belgium.

Responsibilities
We are seeking a dedicated MEP Quality Assurance Representative to ensure the highest standards of quality across mechanical, electrical, and piping systems on a major data centre project in Belgium. This specialist role requires deep technical knowledge of data centre MEP systems combined with rigorous quality management expertise to deliver mission-critical infrastructure.
The successful candidate will be responsible for implementing and maintaining quality standards across all MEP installations, ensuring systems meet stringent uptime requirements and performance specifications essential for hyperscale data centre operations.
1. Oversee quality assurance for all mechanical, electrical, and piping installations
2. Conduct detailed inspections of HVAC, power systems, cooling infrastructure, and piping networks
3. Manage commissioning tests, performance verification, and system integration testing
4. Maintain comprehensive quality records, test certificates, and compliance documentation
5. Monitor subcontractor quality performance and ensure adherence to specifications
6. Investigate quality issues, manage corrective actions, and prevent recurrence
7. Ensure compliance with data centre industry standards and client specifications
8. Provide regular quality performance reports to project leadership
Qualifications
9. Degree in Mechanical/Electrical Engineering, Quality Management, or related technical field
10. Minimum 5+ years in MEP quality assurance on large construction projects
11. Understanding of data centre MEP systems and critical infrastructure requirements
12. Experience with quality management systems, inspection protocols, and testing procedures
13. Knowledge of relevant European codes and standards
14. Fluent English essential; Dutch/French advantageous
15. Meticulous approach to quality documentation and compliance verification
