The Role
As a Senior Full Stack Engineer you’ll join a talented, cross‑functional development team working on high‑impact projects from architecture to delivery. You’ll collaborate closely with the team, clients and other stakeholders.
* Designing, developing, and maintaining full‑stack solutions using Java on the backend and TypeScript, Angular on the frontend.
* Ensuring code quality through best practices, testing, and code reviews.
* Coaching junior developers, sharing your expertise, and contributing to a culture of learning and excellence.
* Contributing to architectural discussions and helping shape the technical direction of the products.
About You
You’re a passionate engineer who enjoys solving complex problems with clean, maintainable code. You’re curious, proactive, and eager to grow — not just technically, but into a future Lead Developer.
* Solid experience with Java (Spring Boot or similar frameworks).
* Strong frontend development skills in TypeScript or Svelte.
* A good understanding of modern development practices (CI/CD, containerisation, REST APIs, etc.).
* Excellent problem‑solving and communication skills.
* A collaborative mindset with a willingness to coach and support others.
* Availability to work onsite in Ghent twice a week.

* Up to €6.5k gross per month, dependent on ability and experience.
