THE ROLE – CO-FOUNDER & MANAGING DIRECTOR
This is not a corporate management role. This is a true co-founder position to build, scale and professionalize YOUNG Lending Desk together with the Founder.
You will be responsible for:
* Structuring and scaling the private lending platform
* Building and managing direct relationships with private investors
* Structuring:
* Asset-backed loans
* Private real estate financing
* Value participation & buy-and-hold structures
* Representing YOUNG towards:
* High-net-worth individuals
* Entrepreneurs
* Family offices
* Developing:
* Lending templates
* Risk frameworks
* Governance & reporting structures
* Co-shaping:
* Acquisition strategy
* Capital planning
* Portfolio growth
* Acting as the commercial and financial face of YOUNG Lending Desk
This is a build-from-scratch leadership role with international scope.
WHO WE ARE LOOKING FOR
You are not a desk banker.
You are a commercial dealmaker with real financial depth.
You bring:
* 10+ years of experience in:
* Private equity
* Real estate funds
* Investment management
* Structured finance
* Private debt / private lending
* Proven experience in:
* Raising private capital
* Structuring investment vehicles
* Managing investor relations
* Strong understanding of:
* Real estate valuation
* Risk, collateral, LTV
* Cashflow-based financing
* A strong commercial instinct
* High-level financial literacy
* Excellent communication & representation skills
* International mindset and flexibility
* True entrepreneurial DNA:
* Self-starting
* Independent
* Comfortable with responsibility
* No need for hierarchy
