9. Master in engineering
10. Prior experience with electric drive systems through job or education
11. Eager to learn and dig deep towards technical understanding of the product
12. Structured worker, team player but able to progress independently
13. Interest in all aspects of R&D, from initial idea to proof-of-concept demonstration
14. You are fluent in English and knowledge of Dutch and/or German is a plus
15. You take initiative and identify opportunities to contribute to the team’s progress
