Position Overview
We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Junior Accountant providing essential support to managing partners, senior management and retail staff, while executing vital office functions.
Key Responsibilities
manage accounts receivable by documenting bills and ensuring all supporting documentation is in order
oversee accounts payable, guaranteeing the timely settlement of invoices, validating debts, and securing necessary approvals
compile payroll of sales staff and payroll expenses of the organization
diligently update financial records, prepare quarterly budgets under the guidance of senior management
analytical assistance in evaluating the sales performance of the organization's retail establishments
help and assist in operations management
Candidate Profile
• Diploma holder or above.
• Strong organizational skills, self-motivated, responsible, and able to thrive under pressure
• Proficient in MS Office applications and Chinese word processing
