Senior Sales Manager – Brazilian Domestic Market CTV / Digital Media / OTT Advertising Location: Remote (Brazil-focused) Company: Tangelo Tech – A leading digital marketing and intelligent operations service provider partnering with JD.com, Alibaba, Tencent, ByteDance, and serving global brands such as Coca-Cola, Nestlé, Toyota, and Lenovo. About the Role We are seeking a high-caliber Senior Sales Manager to spearhead direct brand acquisition and development in the Brazilian market. This is a strategic, senior-level sales position focused on building long-term, high-quality partnerships with major brand advertisers — not high-volume or short-term deals. You will play a pivotal role in establishing and growing our presence in Brazil, driving sustainable revenue through premium CTV, OTT, large-screen, digital video, and programmatic advertising solutions in one of Latin America's fastest-growing digital ad ecosystems. Key Responsibilities Market Development & Direct Brand Sales Expand reach and acquire direct brand advertisers in key industries: FMCG/Consumer Goods, Automotive, Finance/BFSI, Internet/Tech/E-commerce, Retail, and similar sectors. Engage directly with brand marketing and digital marketing decision-makers to secure and grow CTV/OTT/large-screen advertising budgets. Own the full sales cycle independently: lead generation, solution presentation, needs assessment, negotiation, contract closing, and ongoing account expansion. Build and maintain a robust pipeline of premium brand clients for long-term growth. Client & Relationship Management Develop deep understanding of clients' marketing goals, budget structures, decision-making processes, and annual planning cycles. Serve as a trusted strategic partner, delivering tailored media recommendations, placement strategies, and actionable insights to optimize campaign performance.
