Role OverviewWe are seeking an experienced Project Manager with strong ERP experience and exposure to Supply Chain Management (SCM) systems to lead the delivery of enterprise technology initiatives across business and IT functions.This role will manage the end-to-end delivery of ERP-related projects, working closely with business stakeholders, technical teams, and external partners to ensure successful implementation, integration, and optimization of enterprise platforms. The ideal candidate will bring strong experience delivering ERP transformation or enhancement programmes, with SCM system exposure highly desirable .The role requires an onsite presence and strong stakeholder engagement, ensuring effective collaboration across operational and technology teams.Key ResponsibilitiesLead the planning, execution, and delivery of ERP and enterprise system projectsManage project scope, timeline, budget, and risk throughout the full project lifecycleCoordinate cross-functional teams including IT, finance, operations, and supply chainDrive the implementation or enhancement of ERP platforms and related business systemsWork closely with business stakeholders to define requirements and translate them into project plansOversee system integrations between ERP and SCM platformsManage external vendors, system integrators, and third-party consultantsEnsure projects follow structured delivery frameworks and governance standardsFacilitate workshops, steering committees, and stakeholder updatesIdentify and mitigate risks, dependencies, and delivery challengesSupport change management, user adoption, and transition to operational support teamsRequired ExperienceProven experience as a Project Manager delivering ERP implementations or enhancementsStrong understanding of enterprise ERP platformsExperience managing complex cross-functional technology projectsDemonstrated ability to manage multiple stakeholders across business and ITStrong knowledge of project delivery methodologies (Agile, Waterfall, or hybrid)Experience managing system integrations and enterprise applicationsExcellent communication, stakeholder management, and documentation skillsDesirable ExperienceExperience with Supply Chain Management (SCM) systemsBackground working on ERP programmes involving supply chain, procurement, or operationsExperience working with global or multi-site implementationsExposure to large enterprise transformation programmesProject management certifications (PMP, PRINCE2, or equivalent)Key SkillsERP Programme DeliverySupply Chain Systems (SCM)Stakeholder ManagementVendor & Partner ManagementRisk & Issue ManagementBusiness Process UnderstandingRequirements & DocumentationCross-functional Leadership
