Project Management Professional
The ideal candidate will be a seasoned project manager with extensive experience in leading complex technical IT projects. Key responsibilities include driving projects and programs, ensuring timely delivery, and maintaining transparency with stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities:
* Partner with stakeholders to understand project objectives and ensure requirements are accurately documented.
* Manage projects from initiation to closure, adhering to standard project management processes and methodologies.
* Engage with various Group IT areas to identify the best solutions and allocate resources effectively.
* Communicate project status to key stakeholders regularly, proactively identifying and mitigating risks throughout the project lifecycle.
* Promote good project management practices within the organization by playing consulting or training roles for other teams.
Experience Requirements:
* Extended experience in successfully managing technical IT projects.
* A proven track record of collaborating with peers across different regions while being culturally aware.
* Strong business acumen and internal knowledge of policies.
* Ability to work comfortably in a highly matrix global environment.
* Capacity to implement standards and operating metrics.
Technical Skills:
* A broad understanding of technologies used within the industry, including those employed by the organization.
* Working knowledge of value and use of Standard IT processes and methodologies (i.e., ITIL, PMI, and SDLC).
Educational Requirements:
* University degree or equivalent experience.
* Certified Project Manager a plus.
* Certification within ITIL (Foundation) is beneficial.
