A day in the life of a Product Lead Life Events Leading a product domain that owns end-to-end customer & employee journeys of key daily banking journeys, including but not limited to successions, seizures, close accounts, and release of rental guarantees. Managing, aligning and representing multiple squads composed of CJEs and delivery engineers that deliver change (digitalization, process improvement etc.), non-financial risk management & run activities. Coordinating stakeholders across segments, client services, technology, and branch networks for domain-owned processes. The coordination takes place via formal touchpoints such as Obeya’s and QBR alignments, as well as more informal and direct communication on a day-to-day basis. Monitoring delivery commitments, managing dependencies and resolving impediments to ensure progress towards defined targets for the Life Events. Collaborating with peer product leads and tech leaders in the Tribe as part of the extended leadership team of DBCF central delivery teams.
