Requirements Exceptional communication skills and ability to engage stakeholders Strong facilitation and consulting skills Capacity to coach and translate technical concepts for non-technical stakeholders Understanding of 2-speed IT model Experience pairing with engineering teams to create front-end and back-end backlog Awareness of automation, DevOps, CI/CD and cloud technologies
