Amelia Hub is a technology company developing hardware, software and drone-based solutions for the renewable energy sector.
Within our solar division we have developed Hincator, a unique solution that combines hardware and software to measure and control the precision of pile installation during the construction of large-scale photovoltaic parks. The product is gaining strong interest across the solar industry.
We are now expanding our commercial team and looking for a Sales Development Representative (SDR) to help us grow Hincator across Northern and Southern Europe.
🎯 Mission
The goal of this role is to identify target companies, initiate conversations with decision-makers in the solar industry and generate qualified opportunities for the sales team.
This role plays a key part in accelerating Hincator's commercial expansion across Europe.
🧩 Responsibilities
Market Research
* Identify target companies within the solar industry.
* Identify relevant job titles and decision-makers.
* Build and maintain lead databases.
Prospecting
* Cold outreach through email, phone and LinkedIn.
* Conduct initial qualification conversations with prospects.
* Generate qualified meetings for the Sales Manager.
Events
* Identify and analyze target companies attending industry events.
* Reach out to prospects to schedule meetings during events.

* Strong written and verbal communication skills.
* Professional proficiency in English
