We are looking for a Technical Product Owner to lead the development and continuous improvement of a digital customer portal. You will own the product vision, drive delivery of high-quality solutions, and maintain a clear roadmap aligned with business priorities. Working closely with developers, stakeholders, and leadership, you will translate business needs into actionable user stories and ensure successful delivery through Agile practices. Your Responsibilities Product Ownership Own the product vision, development, and continuous evolution Define and maintain a roadmap (9–12 months outlook) Ensure the product delivers measurable value and improves based on feedback and data Backlog & Delivery Management Manage and prioritize the product backlog Break down epics into structured user stories and tasks Ensure stories are development-ready with clear acceptance criteria Development Team Collaboration Work closely with developers, architects, and analysts Provide day-to-day guidance and remove blockers Keep the team focused on high-value priorities ✅ Quality & Delivery Assurance Ensure delivered features meet requirements and quality standards Validate acceptance criteria and business expectations Support scalable and maintainable solutions Agile Product Management Apply Agile practices (Scrum/Kanban) Participate in sprint ceremonies (planning, reviews, retrospectives) Drive continuous improvement Stakeholder Engagement Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather requirements Translate business goals into product priorities Provide transparency on roadmap, timelines, and outcomes Your Profile Experience & Skills Proven experience as a Product Owner or Technical Product Owner Strong background in Agile delivery and backlog management Ability to translate complex initiatives into actionable deliverables Experience working within software development teams Technical Understanding Solid grasp of software development and system architecture Comfortable discussing APIs, integrations, and technical trade-offs Key Competencies Strong communication and stakeholder management skills Analytical mindset with data-driven decision-making ability Excellent prioritization and organizational skills Leadership and collaboration capabilities Customer-focused approach Strategic thinking aligned with business objectives
