Job Description

Your Key Responsibilities:

Your responsibilities include, but not limited to:

Territory Management (50%)

1. Accountable for achieving agreed sales, productivity and performance targets within agreed budgets and timescales
2. Execute the Region- or Sector Management Plan made to meet sales target
3. Ensure effective calls to pharmacies, pharmacy groups and key accounts as per targets
4. Develop effective business relationships with customers that support delivery of business results
5. Initiate or support customer centric programs as part of sales and marketing initiatives
6. Constantly develop own expertise in competitive selling and negotiation
7. Report accurately as per requirement
8. Follow all adverse events guidelines, and Code of Conduct Guidelines

Team coaching and support Regional Sales Manager (50%)

9. Drive achievement of KPIs and targets through training, coaching and development of team members
10. Motivate the team towards objectives, promote high performance with a positive style and encourage best practice sharing
11. Help Pharma sales reps (=Business Partners) to grow their business and/or status in the community; work closely with them and support them
12. Meet regularly with the team providing feedback & guidance
13. Identify and implement business-building opportunities to support volume and market share growth, collaborate with (Senior) Hybrid reps
14. Facilitate & lead the role out of new initiatives or projects across the team and ensure adoption, working with different functions (Marketing – Commercial Operations - ….)
15. Keep abreast of the latest commercial- and scientific developments in the area; stay updated on product knowledge, market pricing, competitor pricing etc. to recommend the Regional Sales Manager, Brand team, Market Access Team and other cross-functional teams
16. Act as a Digital Advocate: proactively share recommendations and encourage others
17. KPI’s include:
18. Achievement of gross- & net sales targets for own customers & in targeted area
19. Achieve Market Share and Market Share Growth in the targeted area
20. Field force efficiency
21. Product launch Success Rate
22. Achieve Coaching objectives for the assigned team
23. Projects implementation

What you’ll bring to the role:

Essential Requirements:

24. Bachelor degree or equivalent
25. Fluent in Dutch and English
26. Good understanding of Gx market & - dynamics
27. Pharmacy environment experience
28. Good coaching skills
29. Minimum of business acumen
30. Negotiation skills
