Senior Business Analyst – Asset Reference Systems Duration: January start – January 2027 (long-term, renewable)

We are seeking an experienced Senior Business Analyst to lead digital transformation initiatives within the Assets department for a major energy sector client. This role focuses on optimising asset reference systems and supporting critical projects tied to renewable energy integration and process harmonisation.
Key Responsibilities:
Model and redesign business processes to improve efficiency and quality.
Capture business needs and translate them into epics, features, and user stories.
Develop business information models and validate functional analysis.
Coordinate between business and IT stakeholders, ensuring consensus and clarity.
Support UAT, training, and post-implementation adoption of IT tools.
Must-Have Skills:
Minimum 10 years’ experience as a Business Analyst in process modelling and requirements gathering.
Strong analytical and communication skills; ability to challenge and influence stakeholders.
Proficiency in BPMN 2.0 and UML Class diagrams.
Knowledge of Dutch or French (plus English fluency).
Experience with Enterprise Architect, Jira, and DevOps tools.
Nice-to-Have:
Background in the electricity sector.
Experience with asset reference systems and data migration projects.
