Mandatory Skills / Competences:
* Proven experience in conversation design, UX writing, or chatbot content design.
* Strong portfolio of conversational work.
* Knowledge of conversation flow design, NLU basics (intents/entities), and human–AI interaction principles.
* Experience in testing and optimizing chatbot conversations using analytics and feedback.
* Proficiency with design/prototyping tools (Figma, Rasa Studio, Voiceflow, etc.) and content management platforms.
Nice-to-Have Skills / Preferences:
* Experience in large organizational change management.
* Ability to support and mentor junior profiles.
* Experience in developing and implementing best practices and design patterns across chatbot projects
