Key Responsibilities
As the
Accounting & Tax Manager
, you will:
* Oversee all accounting activities
for Belgium and Poland, ensuring accuracy, compliance, and smooth month-end closing.
* Drive process improvements and system evolutions
, supporting the rollout and optimisation of modern finance tools (including a new ERP).
* Lead and support the accounting team
, ensuring consistent bookkeeping and timely reporting.
* Manage customer billing and revenue processes
, from contract validation to invoicing and deferred revenue tracking.
* Coordinate audit preparations
, statutory reporting, and IFRS-compliant financial statements.
* Ensure tax compliance
, collaborating with external advisors on transfer pricing, sales tax, and corporate taxation.
Job Requirements
* Languages:
Fluent in
French and English
* Experience:
7+ years
in accounting/finance in a similar environment
* Education:
Qualified
accountant
(or equivalent relevant degree)
