Job Description
* Define and execute the IT operations strategy aligned with business and technology goals
* Lead and inspire teams across Service Desk, System Engineering, DevOps, Database Administration, and Service Delivery Management
* Ensure high availability, performance, and continuity of all IT assets and services
* Oversee incident response, monitoring, and disaster recovery plans
* Manage vendor relationships and ensure compliance with group policies and SLAs
* Drive cloud adoption and promote platform‑based collaboration for product teams
* Plan capacity, resource allocation, and operational readiness for projects
* Foster a culture of continuous improvement, accountability, and innovation
The Successful Applicant
* Strategic thinker with hands‑on leadership and excellent stakeholder management skills
* Previous Experience in Financial Services
* Minimum 10 years' experience in IT Operations, including 5+ years in management
* Strong expertise in cloud infrastructure (Azure, AWS, or GCP) and DevOps principles
* Proven success leading cross‑functional teams and managing complex IT environments
* Familiar with ITIL frameworks, agile methodologies (Scrum, SAFe, Spotify model)
* Excellent communication in English; proficiency in French or Dutch is a plus
