We are seeking a Lead Data Solutions. The mission focuses on enabling and leading data management solutions, with a strong emphasis on business-facing product ownership for data quality, data lineage, and data governance.
Responsibilities:
* Lead and organise operations around data quality, lineage, and data marketplace.
* Maintain and communicate roadmaps for data management capabilities.
* Act as a liaison between the Data Office, DT teams, and business stakeholders.
* Promote a data management culture through awareness, training, and communication.
* Support tool adoption (primarily Collibra) and promote best practices.
* Launch and promote new offerings related to unstructured data quality.
* Serve as product owner and driving force for data management platforms.
* Advise strategic initiatives on data governance and management.
* Prepare and deliver presentations (PowerPoint proficiency required).
* Collaborate regularly with technical leads and governance colleagues.
Qualifications and Skills:
* Minimum 3 years' experience in data governance or data management
* Strong understanding of data products, data lineage, data marketplace, reference/master data, and data quality
* Experience leading data governance/management projects
* Experience operating technology solutions and managing external contributors
* Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
* Fluency in English
