What will you be bringing to the team?
* Design and maintain Enterprise Data Warehouses (EDW), Data Lakes, and complex Business Intelligence solutions in on-premises, cloud, or hybrid environments.
* Develop data architectures including ETL processes, data modelling, data virtualization, physical database design, and performance optimization.
* Build reporting applications, including report and dashboard development, validation against source systems, and implementation of data quality and health monitoring processes.
* Implement and oversee data quality standards, ensuring accuracy, consistency, and reliability through collaboration with stakeholders.
* Create technical documentation, define and execute test programs, and assist with system deployment and configuration.
* Participate in meetings and workshops with stakeholders and project teams to gather requirements and ensure alignment.
* Deliver demos of reports and dashboards, effectively communicating technical solutions to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
* Provide knowledge sharing, mentoring, and expertise to internal consultants and team members.
* Support the go-live process and ensure smooth transition of validated solutions into production.
Requirements
What do you need to succeed in this position?
* Bachelor Degree with minimum 9 years of general IT experience (or Master Degree with minimum 5 years of experience).
* Strong expertise in data warehouse design and architecture, including relational database systems and knowledge of non-relational database technologies.
* Proficiency in SQL and PL/SQL, with hands-on experience across multiple data platforms.
* Excellent knowledge of BI tools, including QlikSense, QlikView, Qlik NPrinting, Qlik Mashup, SAP BO, Microsoft Power BI, and related reporting technologies.
* Expert knowledge of ETL and data integration tools, such as Oracle Warehouse Builder, Microsoft SQL Server, SQL Server Integration Services (SSIS), and Microsoft Master Data Services.
* Strong command of data modelling and metadata tools, along with experience in OLAP and data mining solutions.
* Familiarity with cloud-based data platforms, including Snowflake on Azure, and near real-time data warehousing or change data capture technologies.
* Solid understanding of software development methodologies, including RUP, Agile, and experience applying the SAFe methodology.
* Domain knowledge in business areas, specifically in eProcurement, finance, and accounting.
* Good knowledge of written and spoken English is required (B2 level).
