📌 About the role
We’re looking for someone who can operate and scale AI systems in production.
As an AI Platform/MLOps Engineer. Your mission will be to design, scale, and maintain our ML/AI platforms. You will be the architect of the environments where our models come to life, ensuring the entire lifecycle—from data ingestion to inference—is seamless and automated.
Requested deliverables:
* End-to-End ML Platforms: Operate and optimize ML platforms covering training, inference, and pipelines.
* Tooling Mastery: Manage and scale industry-standard tools such as SageMaker, MLflow, and Feature Stores.
* Infrastructure as Code: Build and maintain AWS infrastructure using Terraform.
* ML CI/CD: Implement automated deployment pipelines specifically designed for ML models.
* Observability & Cost Control: Set up monitoring and cost-governance for AI workloads to ensure reliability and efficiency.
* AI Next-Gen: Configure environments for LLMs and agentic frameworks (LangChain, LangFuse, etc.).
Core Requirements:
* Solid Platform/DevOps Background: Advanced experience with AWS, Terraform, and CI/CD.
* ML Platform Expertise: Deep hands-on experience with tools like SageMaker and MLflow.
* LLM Tooling & Agentic Frameworks: Familiarity with LangChain, LangFuse, and the emerging LLM stack.
* Systems Understanding: You understand data/ML workflows deeply (you don't need to be a modeling expert, but you must know how the systems operate).
* Automation Obsessed: A track record of moving manual processes into scalable, automated production environments.
