What you do
1. Preparing monthly management reporting, including P&L and Balance Sheet.
2. Coordinating the annual budgeting process and the quarterly forecasting cycles.
3. Analyzing and reporting on sales performance, cost prices, margins, and production efficiency.
4. Taking final responsibility for the accuracy and quality of the costing process and master data.
5. Evaluating and analyzing investment proposals and business cases.
6. Actively participating in financial and IT-related projects.
7. Initiating and supporting process improvement initiatives.
8. Acting as a financial sparring partner and providing decision-support to the Division CEOs.
Who you are
9. You have strong business acumen and at least 5 years of relevant experience in audit and/or controlling.
10. You hold a university degree, preferably in Finance, Economics, or Business Engineering.
11. You have experience working in a multinational environment.
12. You are fluent in Dutch, English, and French.
13. You are IT-savvy; experience with ERP systems and SAP is a strong asset.
14. You possess strong analytical and process-oriented skills and can present financial information in a clear and structured manner.
15. You work independently and have a hands-on mentality, combined with strong communication and teamwork skills.
16. You are eager to learn and demonstrate a positive, enthusiastic, and flexible mindset.
