Nexeo is currently looking for a Complaints Officer – Fraud Cases for one of the leading financial institutions in Belgium.

Your Mission

Within the Complaints Department, your mission will be to handle customer complaints accurately and within a reasonable timeframe, while balancing customer satisfaction with the bank’s interests.

Due to a significant backlog of fraud-related complaints, the objective is to contribute to resolving cases within a one-month timeframe.

As a Complaints Officer – Fraud Cases, you will be responsible for:

* Processing fraud-related complaints end-to-end
* Conducting thorough analysis of each case and gathering all supporting evidence
* Drafting comprehensive, clear and appropriate responses to customers
* Acting as a point of contact for internal and external stakeholders
* Ensuring business continuity and maintaining high levels of customer satisfaction

Profile

* Bachelor’s or Master’s degree
* Minimum 3 years of relevant experience
* Prior experience in a complaints department and/or bank branch is a strong asset
* Good knowledge of banking products (accounts, cards, banking applications)
* Strong interest in finance and banking

Technical Skills

* Good expertise in MS Office
* Familiar with various IT tools
* Knowledge of TPX and Herodote is a strong advantage

Languages

* Dutch: Fluent (mandatory)
* French: Fluent (mandatory)
* English: Basic knowledge
