At AI-Blox, we design and build high-performance, modular hardware for edge AI applications. As we scale up, people are our most critical ingredient. That’s why we’re looking for a Talent Acquisition Specialist to take ownership of hiring and recruiting, while also supporting our HR Lead across broader HR topics.

You’ll play a key role in attracting top talent, building strong candidate experiences, and helping us grow a healthy, high-performing, and international team.


Your Mission

🚀 How you'll make an impact:

* Own the end-to-end recruitment process for technical and non-technical roles - from intake to offer
* Actively source, attract, and engage top talent through multiple channels
* Partner closely with hiring managers to understand needs, define profiles, and move fast without compromising quality
* Ensure an excellent candidate experience that reflects our values and culture
* Build and maintain talent pipelines for current and future hiring needs
* Support onboarding and ensure smooth candidate-to-employee transitions
* Provide hands-on support to the HR Lead across various HR domains (people ops, employer branding, learning, wellbeing, HR projects, etc.)
* Help improve and scale hiring processes, tools, and employer branding initiatives
* Contribute to a people-first, inclusive, and international company culture

Requirements

🧩 What makes you a great fit:

* 3+ years of experience in talent acquisition, recruiting, or a similar role
* Proven experience hiring in tech, engineering, or scaling environments is a strong plus
* Strong sourcing and interviewing skills
* Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
* A hands-on, proactive and flexible mindset
* Interest in broader HR topics beyond recruiting
* Comfortable working in a fast-paced, scaling tech startup
* An open mindset that thrives in an inclusive, international environment
* Fluency in English, Dutch and/or French is a plus
