As Corporate FSQA Process Engineer for BEAR, nakd & Trek, you play a vital part in ensuring that our consumers enjoy safe, high-quality and sustainable products every day. By working closely with both internal and external production plants, you bring our quality vision to life across our Natural Foods manufacturing sites. With your structured mindset and drive for continuous improvement, you inspire collaboration, lead performance discussions, and turn challenges into progress. From new product launches to hands-on process support and best practice sharing — you’re the link that makes quality happen!
1. You implement and follow up on quality processes at both internal and outsourced production and packaging sites
2. Strong, cooperative relationships are built and maintained with internal teams and external production partners
3. In this role, you lead performance reviews, monitor KPIs, and ensure follow-up on complaints and corrective actions
4. Together with production partners, you define quality requirements and ensure their correct implementation
5. Acting as a key quality representative, you support new product development by applying internal guidelines and relevant food legislation
6. Test and first productions are closely monitored to secure a smooth and compliant start-up.
7. As facilitator of the QA Council, you bring people together to align quality efforts and exchange best practices across sites
8. You have a Master’s degree with a major in Food technology/biochemistry
9. You mainly work from our headquarters in Lembeke however due to the global spread of our production facilities, you will regularly visit our internal and external production sites around the world
10. You have great communication skills, showing your enthusiasm and added value in a convincing and diplomatic way
11. You have a pragmatic hands-on approach based on your solution-oriented attitude
12. Last but not least you speak fluent English
