Job Description
In countries where the Eurofins Network has a significant presence, country-level support services are pooled into a National Service Centre (NSC) to enhance efficiency, effectiveness, and compliance.
The Finance Director manages the National Services Centre, providing services for Group management entities in Luxembourg and Belgium, and oversees the quality of financial information and processes for Group functions outside these countries (e.g., Ireland, Poland, India).
Leading a team of approximately 10 employees across Brussels and Luxembourg, and collaborating with stakeholders such as M&A, Legal, Treasury, and Group Accounting, the Finance Director is responsible for:
* Managing daily operations, performance, and development of finance teams (accounting & reporting, payroll & HR, treasury, tax & legal, finance IT).
* Ensuring quality, efficiency, and compliance of services delivered to Belgian and Luxembourg centers (including audits and controls).
* Billing 'Group' fees accurately and timely to legal entities.
* Managing Finance and Payroll teams in Brussels, ensuring compliance with local regulations.
* Overseeing and aligning financial activities of other Group services outside Belgium and Luxembourg, in collaboration with local controllers and Finance Directors.
* Serving as the Subject Matter Expert for Inter-company transactions, guiding processes, and managing the Inter-co community.
